About Me
My core value
I offer functional Training program based on my athletic experience and studies for clients to achieve their goals.
I am passionate about functional bodybuilding and I have been a competitive American Football player for 8 years. I learnt a lot pushing myself physically and mentally to beyond my limitations, to maintain the best condition and to reduce risk of injuries by training and mobility work.
From these experience and studies , I approach them with unique and efficient training programs to be better body composition and better movement performance.
My Training Philosophy
・I focus on educating clients in ways that can support their goals and exercise adherence. I want them to be a long term successful by learning positive habits in physically and mentally.
・I am playful and focused. I am genuine and kind. I will enjoy laughing with my clients while also providing them with a comprehensive exercise experience.
・I want my clients to know that it’s about them and their needs. I want them to feel seen, heard and respected. I will be understanding when they are having a hard day and equally support them on good days. My mission is to motivate them and get back to their positive routine when they are struggling to do so in their hard times.
・I believe in evidence-based exercise program and basic nutrition advices that have a strong standing in the industry. I utilize behavior-change approaches with all clients to ensure self-efficacy and long-term success. I value my education and continued learning. It’s important that I have knowledge and experience with new equipment or techniques before engaging in them with a client.
